JU AN MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING (THAILAND) CO., LTD. was established in July 2019 with a registered capital of 10,000,000. It is a joint venture with independent legal entity status in Thailand. The company is headquartered in Pluak Daeng, Rayong Province, approximately 100 kilometers from Bangkok.
The joint venture is formed by Wuxi Juan Crane and Handling Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Lihe Lifting & Handling Co. , Ltd. Their respective registered capital amounts are RMB 5 million and RMB 10 million, with establishment dates of August 2014 and November 2012.
